Good night,
Just got my hands on a couple of empty JBL 4520´s and would like to know which T-S specs should I look for in those drivers that will fill them.
Or if anyone could write about their experiences regarding high performance speakers used in this lovely cabinets. No matter the brand.
Thanks!

The 4520 was designed for use with the JBL 2205 or the JBL E 140, both of which have quite a bit more Vas than the 15G400.Would they work properly using Beyma 15G400?
Thanks.
TS parameters below.
15" with almost 300 liter Vas are not common anymore, people like smaller boxes than the drivers do.
The EVX-150A would be a closer match, but is quite expensive.
The EV DL 15W would work too, though pretty rare.

Sorry for never replying, but othe projects came.
I am now back with it somehow as I have to take care of a 4x4520 installation at a club that need some replacement.
I have been analysing what was written here, and found out (Beyma is cheaper for me here in Spain) the Beyma 15P80Fe/N Thiele Small parameters get close to those of the original 2205, but with a usable input power of up to 800w RMS and improved efficiency of 101db/w.
Would this really be a suitable replacement?
Thanks again.
