Hello,

I would like to try to make a Class D based on the original IRAUDAMP design from IR - but a bit more power would be fine🙂

What other MOSFETS would be possible to get, let's say, in stereo 250W@8ohms, 400W@4ohms each channel and 800W@8ohms bridged?

Just parallel same MOSFETS to increase current is no solution I guess…
