Recommendation : Bach Cello Concertos

I could not find any listings for Bach's Cello Concertos, other than passing references.

I am asking for a recommendation of an excellent CD recording of Bach's Cello Concertos. I have downloaded MP3 versions with Yo-yo Ma at the bow. Musically, his performances are excellent. Technically, I find the sound quality constrained and lacking.

If anyone knows of a superior quality recording, I'd be very appreciative.

Do you mean JS Bach's works for solo cello?

If so look for Janos Starker or Anner Bylsma.

If JS you're probably talking of the Cello Suites. The '85 EMI recording of Heinrich Schiff sounds excellent and so do the 2007 Anne Gastinel (Naive) and 2007 Queyras Guihen on Harmonia Mundi.
