I have an old 3 way old loudspeaker with missed bass driver. I cannot get same driver because in no longer available. Can I install a new bass driver and try to adjust the bass reflex port? Is that possible?.

No impossible, but much easier to find a replacement woofer that closely matches the old one. What are the speakers?

It is an old Talmus box I think with stock drivers because there is only a number and impedance. Tryed to get informtion in internet but without success.
In guitars cabs we just replace the drivers without trying to match with the box. But I know this is totally different.
Even increasing or reducing the lenght of the port will not help?

It is possible. You need to find a woofer that suits your cabinet volume and be sensitive enuff to meet the mid/top.
You will likely have to tweak the XO as well.

If you can find someone to test your woofer for TS values, that will make your search much easier.
