Sorry ... you won't find it on the web.
Visit ebay and bid on a copy of the book.
The book is highly collectable and worth every dollar that you pay for it.

The CD-ROM is (of necessity) a scan, as are the various recent reprints. The original attempted to be a reasonable-sized book by using thin paper, small pages, and even smaller fount. As such, it doesn't scan well. You want the original.
If you're new to tubes, you may also want to consider getting the 3rd. edition. It's more readable than the 4th., though there is much less math. If you're serious about tubes it's nice to have both versions.
Thanks DJ! (and Geek too)
Wodgy, your comments will be very useful. Thanks.
I prefer reading from a book than staring at the screen but an electronic copy is VERY USEFUL for searching. Also, being an old book if a page or more is missing or torn or not good quality you can always print that page.
