Amp will not power up

Here is what I get on the 494

Pin 1:0.09
Pin 2:0.03
Pin 3:0.03
Pin 4:3.96
Pin 5:1.53
Pin 6:3.63
Pin 7:0.00
Pin 8:13.89
Pin 9:0.00
Pin 10.0.00
Pin 11:13.89
Pin 12:13.89
Pin 13:4.91
Pin 14:4.91
Pin 15:4.91
Pin 16:0.00

I get no voltage on the gate legs of the power supply fets

Follow the b+ line and find out where the break is.

U need to have 12v on the drain of the fets not the gate.

Pin 4 is high. The amp is in protect mode. Is the protect LED lit?

I had shorted leds for both power and protect lights .

Removed them amp powered up

I know the 12 volts is supposed to be on the drain .

But the 5 volts was missing from the gate leg
