I will need change my car amp. How is the best circuit to change a wire-amp to RCA input to my RCA amplifier?

Post any help for me, any schematic, any URL ?
I will need a pre-amp circuit?

ORIGINAL : SOUND - WIRE - AMP
NEW: SOUND - RCA WIRE - RCA AMP
