I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear of Ray's demise this morning. I worked for him for 9 years at both of the Clapham offices. I joined the company in 1967 when it was only just getting started and had only 7 employees, two of which were Ray himself and his brother Dale. Ray was a brilliant engineer and one of the best employers I ever knew.
I think he will be remembered by many and for a long time to come.
RIP Ray.
