Does anybody have experience with e-speakers.com and the Raven Point Source tweeter?
On sale at e-speakers and wondering if this tweeter would be a good match with the ATC dome mid. Having a wave guide might work well with the ATC.
Any comments please?

André at e-speakers is a great person to deal with. He knows his stuff. I am not familiar with the tweeter you are referring to though… Why don't you give André a call?

not sure, but I have my doubts
on sale, and still cost more than many other
might work as a high crossed supertweet paired with a fullrange ... maybe
but yeah, it looks real sweet, and the 'point source' name attracts

Thanks for your responses. I will get in touch with André as you suggest. I was hoping that the tweeter had a larger sweet spot due to the shorter ribbon than other longer ribbons. Digital crossover at 3.8k with the ATC shoud be OK.
for a ribbon I suspect it might be a bit small
(one common problem with ribbons is high Fs ressonance)
but the small size does make it possible to mount closer to midrange
anyway, point source, sweet spot, and all that stuff, a matter of crossover and the complete speaker

The Fs is 250 Hz
