Does the ti samples come free? It says on its site that shipping and import-tax fees are paid, and then goes on about some VAT being checked and if it's COD you should expect a fee.
I was going to order some, then I saw that a ran away in fear (nuh, not really) . Being under 18 and this being my first samples order, I dont want it to go wrong.
Can anyone suggest some other places I can get samples of op amp chips.
