Question for those using larger LCDs

I've got a question for those of you that are using (or intending to use) larger LCD's (larger than say 12 inch) with an OHP. When you use a larger lcd like that, doesn't your overall projected image get much larger? When I take my OHP panel off my projector, the image is substantially larger than when my Nview Spectra C is on there. Do you fellows move your projector much closer or is a lense change necessary to keep the screen size the same? (Assuming the same distance from the projector to the screen). I want to upgrade to the 14 inch monitor or lcd/card, but I'm thinking in order to keep my same picture size, I'm going to have to move my projector quite a bit closer to the screen. (Basically in between me and the screen). Does this make sense? Any thoughts, ideas, or experiences on this? Should I be working towards a "customized" unit rather than a standard OHP? I'm not sure how much closer you'd have to move it, but it would have to be closer.
