I was asked a question that I didn't have a answer for and hoped you guys could help me out. Can 2 amplifiers be bridged after output impedance transformers? This is saying that the 2 amplifiers use 4:2 impedance transformers. Can they be bridged? If so, what would the output impedance end up being?
The question is really: can you "bridge" (= connect in series) two secondaries? If they are independent (= at least one of them floating), then yes.
If 4:2 means 4 ohm : 2 ohm, then 2+2=4 in series.
If 4:2 means 4 ohm : 2 ohm, then 2+2=4 in series.
