I am trying to make a dynalo headphone amplifier, but the quiescent current of each output transistor is kinda small (around 4mA), if I change the emitter side resistors from 20ohm to smaller value like 1ohm, quiescent current rises, but the waveform shows some problem. SO what should I change in order to increase the quiescent current?
That as far as I can see only means that the amp is not fully symmetrical. However, 4mA in each output transistor is lower than what was intended, it should be around 15-18mA IIRC. Check your resistor values against the original schematic https://headwizememorial.wordpress.com/2018/03/11/a-pure-class-a-dynamic-headphone-amplifier/ and remember that if you use TO-92 outputs they will get pretty hot with just the standard setting.
