Sorry, just a noob question about toroid transformer secondary side. It's 65v, 0v and 65v. It's 3 wires instead of 4. Does it mean that the combine the 2 x 0v wires together, that's why it became a single wire??
It’s 130V center tapped, not dual 65V secondaries.

There really is no 0 and 65v wires since it is AC. From one end to the other is 130 volts AC and they took a tap wire at the half voltage point which is 65 volts relative to each end. If there were four wires you would have two separate 65 volt AC windings. You could join them together and have what you have now.
