Just out of curiosity, does anyone know what the original device parts for the Quad 303 transistor types U17219/U17229 were?
These appear to be in-house numbers like the 38495, 38496, which were probably RCA 40634/40635 or possibly 40361/40362.
They were used as the first of the triplets and VAS device, but plenty of alternatives might be usable such as 2N5551/2N5401, MPSA42/92 etc., but I'd be interested in knowing what the original commercial parts were, though they may of course have been HV selections.
