I included a screen grab of the QA400 in loopback mode taken tonight. This was a quick impromptu test taken while sitting on my dining room table. Still <-103dB THD in both channels.
I'm clearing out some of my test gear to make way for some other items I'm buying. I'm the original owner of this unit and it has worked fine for me on several Windows 7 laptops. With the software 1.227 shown in the image I have to turn off "Driver Signature Enforcement" in Windows 7 this is done by pressing F8 while booting and selecting that option. I believe this has been corrected in software rev 1.23, but I'm lazy and never loaded the newest rev because the old one worked fine for me. 😀
The latest software v1.23 is available from QA, I can also email that software and several of the older revs to the buyer if they would like them. The older revs of software are no longer available but I have several of them on my laptop.
I'm also including the carrying case shown in the picture. I converted a small medical device carrying case to store the QA and it fits perfectly. The foam piece in the top of the unit presses firmly on the QA and keeps it completely stationary in the box. There is also lots of room for cables and adapters in the case.
