I’ve had the amp overhauled and it sounds great but when I switch between like tape and auxiliary and tuner, the sound cuts out and I have to just kinda like press the heck out of the button to get it to actually sounds fine so it seems that they’re dirty, but I don’t know how to clean them.
I’ve included photos of the buttons on the outside and the switches on the inside. Thank you!

The person who overhauled it should have done this first thing, so contact him.
Probably best to replace them, since most who work on these seem to need to remove them from the board anyway.

You might be able to clean the switches, but the 3020 used cheap parts and brilliant execution to keep price down so you might need to replace them. More than a few 3020 restoration threads you can mine for information,

Me, it was years ago and how can you say that. When you go in to get your shocks replaced on your car they don’t fix your cracked windshield.
Hi Dave, thank you, should I just spray contact cleaner like crazy in there and press the button, I don’t know how to actually clean it. I’m not taking it apart.
