PSU wirering

Anybody who knows the wirering of the laptop psu, there is 3 wires out, 19v, white, blue, black ( brown? ) I'm in eu, Denmark, and I need two wires - ground and volt ( for amp board ) .

Some laptops, Dell among them, need 2 voltages present as part of their startup process. So there is GND, 19VDC and sense wire.
My guess is that black is the GND wire and white is the 19VDC. Do check with multimeter and report

There are some after market PSUs with multi plug adapters which use both wires depending on the plug inserted & output Voltage. Could also be a 12V & 5V line for powering HDD enclosures. Use the multimeter.
