I'm searching for KSC1845 and KSA992 pspice/ltspice simulation models, I've found them in ON Semi website, but they seems to be wrong, because simulation give strange results. Searching on the web (and on this forum) I've found that many users had the same problems.
I tried to build the models myself, but the datasheets don't seem complete enough to do it ... or yes?
I also read that they seem to be very similar to BC550C/560C except for the saturation region. If that so, can I use Bob Cordell's BC spice models changing the "BF" value and obtain the same results?
If I can't use that models, anyone have the correct KSxxxx models?
