Does anyone have DETAILED dimensions of the port that is on the early '90's PSB Stratus Gold as well as the mid-'90's PSB Stratus Goldi speakers? I have an interest in modding the earlier model to the latter model. I have not verified (yet) whether internal cabinet volume had been changed between the two. Any related info would be greatly appreciated.
I have litle info on the drivers. Both the Gold and Goldi had a 10" (250mm) doped paper-cone woofer with a 54 ounce magnet, and the tweeter was a Vifa D25AG-07. I believe the port on the Goldi is 4" in diameter, and of the Gold 3" diameter.
Still searching for more port specific and cabinet volume information.

Minus the mid enclosure volume?Goldi Internal Volume = 3.83 cu ft (108.4 liter).

That Goldi figure is a PSB spec (in their archive literature). I've since taken published overall outside dimensions, subtracted 1" for all nominal wall thicknesses, and arrived at:
Goldi internal volume 3.57 cu ft
Gold internal volume 3.61 cu ft
Should I acquire the Gold and fab a 4" internal diameter port with significant flare (on both ends), I'd then need to, after enlargening the cabinet opening as appropriate, do some iterations of port length. I have a UMIK-1 microphone and REW experience, though exactly how I'd assess the change(s) is a topic for the future.
