Proxima +840 can't display motion picture??

Hello!
I'm a newbie. I have a DUKANE 4003 projector and a Proxima +840. Everything's connected right to my laptop. Windows appears just fine but when i tried to play a DVD movies (or any kind and motion picture), the video area appears black. I try to get in the menu to see if anything helps but there isnt any. So please help me 🙂

check your video cards directdraw mirroring settings!
it might be treating you laptop monitor as screen 1 and projector as screen 2 (hence only displaying video on screen 1)
there should be a setting for screen 2 to be a fullscreen clone of video on screen 1, or just an outright copy.... hope that's of some use...
