Hi all,
I've built a pair of Transflex subwoofers tuned at 40Hz.
This resonant loading has a non-linear freq response...something like the one in attachment.
I was wondering if I can solve this in some way...I was thinking about a bass reflex resonator at 2/3 of the lenght (so 60Hz) tuned at 60Hz...or simply a hole will do the work? Does it have sense? Could work?
I've also thought about shaping the last 1/3 of the lenght like a Karlsons' enclosure...what about this solution?
Any other idea?
