I recently discovered two (2) applications for my Palm M100 and M505's that allow the PDA's to emulate or act as a Universal Remote Control for a variety of commercial electronic devices utilizing the Infrared ability of both the PDA's and the actual remote for the units.
I currently have two (2) Projection Panels without the corresponding remotes... a Proxima Ovation A820A and a Sharpe QA-75 that I am using in conjunction with a Bell & Howell OHP Model 310 with very satisfactory results.
Application #1 is Omni-Remote PRO which has the ability to read codes generated by an actual remote unit... utilizing the Learn and Teach components of the Omni-Remote application.
The 2nd application is RoboRemote which as the same components as OmniRemotePRO with minor variations.
Are the any members with the same Projection Panels (Proxima Ovation A820A and Sharp QA-75) that also have Palm PDS's that can possibly transfer the code data from the above mentioned Panels and send me the resulting data files as an email attachment.
