Proceed AV preamplifier help!

Hello gentlemen, I have a proceed avp that served me well for years. Messing with the buttons it showed “ record loop “ and frozen. How can I bring it back to normal status. I went through the whole manual but couldn’t do it.
Any help would be appreciated

Are you able to change the source on the record path?

No, it’s completely frozen. Just shows “record loop”

I presume power cycling with the power button does not help? If not, Have you tried unplugging for a period (1-2min) and then plugging back in? You may lose some settings in the process.
