Preamp DIY LM1036M Need Help With PCB Board

Hi all
I have a problem with PCB board to my project preamp
Working in Eagle
I tried to do it but without success
maybe colleagues at the forum able to help me? one sided PCB for thermal transfer
when it comes to dimensions i would ask the PCB to perform small but comfortable to soldering
i asked to also check the schematic if everything correctly drew a of datasheed
