power supply wire 6 and 7

Help! Can someone please tell what wire 6 and 7 in the power supply do (where they go) and where they are connected and the purpose of the two capacitors?

Those appear to be extra power receptacles, not capacitors. 6 & 7 would go to the preamp power plug, shown about mid-page near the bottom.
