Power Supply Question (Mystery) on Heathkit AA-32

This is my second go around on rebuilding this amp. I am starting with the power supply where I think the issue is and need advice on trouble shooting.

I hooked up the 54-150 transformer to 115V and are getting 115V and 6.3V AC off of it, which I think is correct. When I hook it up to the full wave voltage doubler and test the voltage on the first section of the four section can capacitor I get 333V DC. I think this should be 230V DC.

I used an ESR meter, which I think works, and the 30 uF capacitors test okay and I tested the diodes and they are okay too. The four section can capacitor also tested okay on the ESR meter.

I attached a picture of what it looks like, info on the transformer, and info on the power supply (pg 5). I also have a copy of the original manual.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Jim
