Power supply for TDA2030

Im looking to build a diy boombox using a TDA2030 like this TDA2030A Audio Power Amplifier DIY Kit Components OCL 18W x 2 BTL 36W | eBay

It requires two 12 volt power supplies. Will a dual output transformer like this work? Buy Transformers

It requires a 12V-0-12V transformer for each channel, but your dual 12V-0 transformer will work, too. Just make it 12V-(0V+12V)-0V configuration. Connect one 0V with the other pair's 12V as the center. By the way, your transformer is a bit expensive though. There are better alternatives.

Radio Shack sells a 12.6-0-12.6 in 2 or 3 amp versions.
I'm using a 2 amp version for my 2030 2.1 amp

18-0-18 seems to be the best solution from what I have been reading here.
