Power Acoustik LT980/2 drive circuit

Any chance I can use 3205's and 47ohm gate resistor or would I have to modify the drive circuit? I've been scouring the forums a bit and have an idea oh how to do it if so but realistically I'm so new at this.

The main reason I want to do this is for learning/expirementing purposes with the drive circuit but also I'm impatient and don't want to order the irfz44r. This amp came with the r version not the n version. I usually have hifonics and Asian clone parts stocked so I have an abundance of irf3205's, bd139/140's, etc. Its a personal amp so I'm not worried if I try a few fets in the process. I am just looking for some insight. Thanks!

Irf3205's and 47ohm gate resistors with bd140 drivers worked great and drive signal was perfect and there was no "shoot-through" as far as I can tell. The audio section runs hott though more than i am use to anyways. Under load the amp will almost get too hott to touch. The manual says 4 ohms bridged but I ran it for half hour 2 ohms bridged without any issues but didnt want to over heat it.
