I am after a 3" diameter port at least 8 inches long, anyone know where I can buy one, preferably in the uk although I will import one if I have to.
Thanks guys

i'm curious how the toilet flanges sound when used for flares? i've heard of it being done but, have never tried it myself. 😀
I usually just get regular white PVC pipe for ports, I'm sure Parts Express has some that may be close to that size, perhaps even with a flange built in. I normally countersink the port into MDF, then use a router with an edging bit to make it 'flared' somewhat.

I usually use the Precision Ports from Parts Express. They are pricey, but when you consider how easy they are to work with and how nice they look its usually worth it (IMO) unless you are doing a budget project.
they are nice ports and, i haven't noticed any port noises with mine.jjdche said:I usually use the Precision Ports from Parts Express. They are pricey, but when you consider how easy they are to work with and how nice they look its usually worth it (IMO) unless you are doing a budget project.
