Hello all,
I have build two pairs of the Poly Natalia, one is mine the other for a good friend.
The drivers i'm using are the these of the original design HM210Z0 and HM130Z0 and the internal volume of the bass box is 2.8 cubic feet with a 4-inch dia by 8-inch bass reflex vent, as suggested.
So far so good, nothing to complaint for, i have them almost 7 years and i'm willing to keep them twice as much, but a couple of months ago i moved to a new appartment and the listening room is much smaller so i desided to build a new bass cabinet (EBS), 4.0 cubic feet with a 4-inch dia by 2.25-inch bass reflex vent, as suggested for smaller listening rooms. My question is that since the front bafle of the bass cabinet is 2.25-inch thick does this means that all i need for a port is a 4-inch hole?
Cheers
