Polk Audio sub PSW111

Hi guys, did you succeeded in repairing this subwoofer?
I'm trying to repair a PSW111 for an american friend here in France. The power supply died. I'd need to know the power voltage.
I removed the transformer and all components between it and the mains, and already did some test with external supplies, but I'd like to be sure.
For the preamp stage I use a single secondary coil of a 10VA 220/2*15Vac transformer which finely gives ~22Vdc at the inputs of the 7815/7915 regulators. Bonus, when the friend will be back in the USA, he can use the 2 coils to get 15Vac input again 🙂. I think the transformer will work the same with only 110 at primary.

I'd also need to know the voltage across J8 or 0.1 ohm R104 or her sister near J8 (can't see the part reference because of the glue around there) to check the amplifier idle current.
I already tested with two 150W 24V PWM supplies, but I find only 500µV on the 0.1 ohm which gives 5mA idle current I feel too small.

Please can you help?
Thanks in advance

[EDIT]: belt & braces, I added 470µF 35/50V parallel on C10 and his brother (+/- 15V regulators inputs) below the PCB to keep free of the hum an analog 50/60Hz supply would generate compare to a high frequency pwm supply.
Hope this help.
