Polk Audio Speaker Repair advice

I have a problem in my Polk Audio Rti12. They have 3 x 7" woofers and the bottom driver has a small 1/2' tear in it. The cone is made of Polymer Composite so just wanting some advice on how to repair. I'm guessing because they are not made from paper the traditional paper towel and white glue wont work. So I'm guessing something like a fiberglass fabric and a stronger glue?

Any advice would be great
