Dear people,
I'm asking for some help in using laterals such as 2SK1058/2SJ162, 10n20/p20 and/or similar in multisim 12. There are no such models in multisim's database.
I searched this forum's archive, and found that there were same questions before, and people eventually solved this problem, but nobody said exactly how. Obviously some hints provided in those threads helped them to find the solution, but all I managed to do is to simulate a dead lateral, quite good actually - in simulation it behaves just like a dead lateral should in reality.
