Is there a way I can plot B vs Ic with Spice?
I have tried a couple of times with some DC sweep, but I doesn't get anything near the real curve.

Try to be specific.
Hi ,
What is B and what is Ic ( current I presume).
Where do they come from and what do they represent?
Either try to explain to make the situation clear or post the circuit diagram ( much better ).
Without this you will probably get no reply from anyone!
Cheers.

B is BF, Beta forward.
BF is specified in the SPICE models.
Ic is the collector current.
BF varies with the collector current.
I'm not going to use this plot for some specific task, but it's more for the fun of it and to learn more about SPICE.

Hi Gunderz,
I get it now. However I can't help you.
You seem to be in an enviable position to be able to spend time plotting out such things. I can't get enough time to simulate all my circuits let alone try out the real basic plots like forward gain against Ic.
I just look at the spec sheet. No time for anything more than that. Lucky you !
Cheers.
