I have constructed a dual bandpass subwoffer box out of 3/4 MDF, it has a window, does anyone know how thick the plexi for the window should be
it will rattle but you might be able to damp that.
use silicone cement or a thin rubber sheet between layers and cement layers as tight as possible.
use as thick as single sheet as you can find 6mm might work better than 2x6mm as it wont rattle as much.

not sure if this helps or not, but if you're concerned with reducing sound transmission through the window, and you're using a double pane of plexi or glass or whatever, it helps if the two panes are different thicknesses. this reduces sympathetic vibrations. (that's where the inner pane vibrates, causing the air to vibrate, causing the outer pane to vibrate.)

i suppose if you could find a way to evacuate all the air out of the space, that might help some too.
