Please tell me which diodes are placed here? Or does someone sell this driver, I really need it, my driver is in this condition

One diode is missing here, which model is it???

This is exactly how the page is marked
I know, but there are literally 1000's of diodes that look like that one. It can be a diode, a zener, a schottky, with voltage and current specs all over the place.
The specific type and specs depend on the application.
Knowing the application, like what is this thing, where is it used, brand, type, battery power or mains power, anything you know that can help zero in on the specific type would help. If you can find a schematic, we could look up 'D13'.

So, your choice is between a model, a type, a package ...

I don't think the schematic is of that PCBV. Close, but not the same.
See D12, that is across Q7, but is not on the schematic, neither is D13 across Q8.
Sometimes it happens that they use an existing PCB but change parts and/or leave some out that prove not to be necessary.
That coud be the case here.
Looking at the diode position a standard IN4148 would probably be OK.
Question: is something wrong with the unit or are you intrigued by that empty spot (I would be)?
