This thing is odd. Not likely an RIAA (I cant see the deempahsis parts). You have 2 tube sockets (not necessaryly for tubes though) and 3 xformers, 4th one bridged out. The size of the xformers indicates that they are propably input transformers. What is the part# on the TO220 on wires?
All in all, there are such few parts that Mr. Retroengineer should be able to tell you in an hour! E

It is most likely transformer I/V and Srpp output stage for production AN DAC or CD player. The same board and 4 transformers were used in costly Dac 4.1.

The answer from AN: (asked for model-no, info & schematic)
The board you have is an old phonostage, from a late 90s preamplifier.
Unfortunately we do not provide schematics for any of our products.
If I can be of further assistance, please let me know, we are always here to help.

One stage (srpp) phono corrector??? I still think it's a dac output stage and AN rep sent you an incorrect info
limono's pic seems very similar.
But I'm missing(?) one trafo, and nothing has ever been mounted in its place...
