If the girl is a public girl like a movie star or something, I think it is not big deal for the man to borrow the picture you posted in this forum. Also, the man is not selling the picture you posted. He is selling his projector plans. However, if the girl in the picture does not want her picture to be posted in the internet, then you and the man are all doing wrong, and should stop immediately!
