How does the 'Front Image Enhancer' in pioneer CD player affect the front speakers? Pioneer claims that it cuts the mids and highs (low pass @100Hz) to the rear so that the image from the front speaker improves. Does it also cut the lows to the fronts or are the fronts left unaltered?
Thanks in advance

it's basically a low pass filter on the rear channels. the fronts aren't affected as far as I can tell.
I don't use them.
