I have a dumpster find Pioneer 760w that needs new RCA inputs (the shields are missing). They are an over and under configuration four pin where the grounds are separated.
If I used a three pin set of RCA jacks where the grounds are connected internally, would this cause issues with the amp and would I need to bridge the two grounds at the board with a jumper wire or resistor or what not?

Panel mount RCAs are another option.
The dual RCA jacks like Rockford uses in their 2-channel amps have 4 terminals and you can sometimes use those (wired with jumpers to the board).
