Is there a standard wiring patern for the din connector used by all the tonearm mfgrs for a din to rca phono cable?

Probably not.
The middle pin is likely to be an arm ground.
the 2pins to one side are likely to be one channel, the other two pins are likely to be the other channel.
You should check your arm connections to determine how it has been wired.

The color code of the wires might give a clue: Red - R, Green - R/GND, White - L, Blue - L/GND, Black - Arm GND
