does anybody has a schematic of phoenix gold zx500. I have an amplifier with no high pass output. I have checked switches and pots and they are fine. the hp labels on these model are backwards by reading the owners manual, lp gives you high pass in outputs and the remainder freq go to tru-put rcas, for high pass is the opposite. it seems like they labeled all the covers wrong and modified the manual to correct problem.
thank you
thank you
Switch S1A selects either low pass out or high pass out from two different sources in the crossover board. And there is a amp source switch S2A which is a push button which selects the crossover in circuit or a bypass mode this might be causing your issues if its set incorrectly.
Other the that there isn't too much else that could go wrong. The crossover pots tend to fail and they use ganged PC board mount trim pots for these ganged together so they all turn off one shaft to try and keep the crossover points linear and sync'ed together for both channels.
Bad switches and bad frequency adjustment pots are the most common issues. The power supply for this board is very current limited so if any of the op-amps were to fail it would pull the rails down and none of it would be powered up properly so if your rails are correct and balanced then the op-amps are fine in most cases.

As I said switches are fine and xovers pots too, I've been doing this work for many years, what I need is the schematic diagram to do a time efficient repair.
