From my archives I took philips cd 584
The first time i turn it ON worked as it should.
When I turn it ON couple of minutes after the engine started to spin very very fast, laser mechanism (CDM4) is placed automaticly at the outermost position.
This happens regardless of whether the CD is inserted or not.
Display shows all possible segments.
Lights up everything should and what should not be light up during playback.
I would ask for advice.
Do you know what this has happened and what would have been a mistake?
