I would appreciate if you could tell me how much better/different would FHxl sound compared to Pensils 10.3M that I currently own.
I listen to acoustic, female vocal, jazz in a big room with very high ceiling.

I think it's safe to say that above 300 -400 HZ, they'd pretty much sound very similar, but the the FH's rear mouth horn provides a more spacious, blossoming sound stage than the Pensil.
TBH, I've not directly compared the Pensil10.3 to FHXL, but have heard each of them independently, and lived with Pensil7s and FH3 with a variety of drivers over a period of several years.
Even though my own domestic situation doesn't allow it, given the opportunity of floor space / suitability to the room, I'd pick the FHs or even larger designs (Maeshowe, Silbery) every time.

We have a pair of each and the drivers have been finished so both treated (but the FHXL drivers have a lot more break-in on them -- and we know A10,3 needs a lot)

I haven't yet heard the difference. Chris has the FHXL with A10.3, the Pensil drivers are still sitting on my work bench.

ditto what Dave said - I've always found that given sufficient space for them to "breath", any of Scott's rear mouth designs produce a more spacious and dynamic soundstage at all volume levels than his MLTLs
allowing for minor variances in thickness of materials used: 540mm D (at base) x 239mm W x 927mm H

Regarding the sound quality, does it matter where to place the cable connectors?
So I guess that the FHXL is the best enclosure for the 10.3, right?
