pencil tube mini amp?

Hi,
OK....so I can solder and follow a schematic pretty o.k.....theory...not too good 🙁
I have a bunch of cv2105 pencil tubes (dl70, vx8065,6373).
They are, I believe, some kind of pentode...maybe rf?
Could I use them to build a mini guitar amp?
I really would be appreciative if anyone could point me to a schematic, or if somebody might even sketch something out?

Check out this site, there are a number of subminiature (pencil) tube projects described as well as links to a lot of others. http://amps.zugster.net/projects/subminiature

I am not familiar with any of the tubes you have on hand, but many types are still available fairly cheaply on ePay so that could be source for a project. There are a good selection of Russian types to consider as well.

Hi, thank you for that! I'd really like to use these tubes I have.
Could I find a schematic for some kind of small output pentode amp and modify it somewhat to suit? The b+ for these lil' tubes is around 145 volts and the filament voltage is 1.25 volts.😕

DL70 is a little power pentode for portable applications, you need something like DFxx (small signal pentode) for the pre stages
