Well got the PV900 fixed. It was simple. Bad gain pot. Did minimal testing and returned it cause it seemed ok. I couldn't drive it to full power at the time. Anyway, got the amp back, still sounds good and looks good on scope but the user says volume is real low. Specs say you can drive the amp to full power with .86v rms input. Set my signal generator to 1 volt rms and still only see a clean 12 volt swing on speaker terms.
Does anyone have any voltage measurements for the PV900, or comments?

Both channels affected or just one?
The channels are mostly independent. There is a common mute circuit, which could be hanging. Look for control signal Delay A, it originates on the page with the fan supply.
If you lack the complete schematic, customer service at Peavey will send it if you ask them. I don't know what voltages you are looking for, there will be very few on the drawing. Your main rails are likely to be present or absent, not likely to be "wrong." and 15v rails are just that. Up to a volt off, I usually don't worry.
The power amps have their own zener 15v rails, but there is a pair of regulated 15v rails for controls, preamp, whatever, so explore those.

Both channels are doing what appears to be the exact same thing. If it was just one channel it would be a simple comparison exercise.
The control signal delay is a good idea. I try to find it.
All voltage rails are good and clean. The amp even sounds real good, just low output. Is that control signal delay supposed to partially attenuate or completely blank out all audio?
Thanks Al
