Hey every one, I just bought a pair of Peavy 1210H's yesterday.
One of the 12s edge is ripped, I was wondering if it would be worth my time to try and fix it my self? or buy a new speaker?
The Cone is fine and so is every thing else.
So should I give it a shot? I think I could do it.

COnsider your situation. Your speaker doesn;t work well as is. What have you got to lose? Try repairing it. If it works out, you were successful. If it doesn't, well you are back to getting a new speaker.
That is what I was thinking.
It actually turns out my edge didn't rip, but the edge and diaphragm came un-glued.
I'm going to try re-gluing it monday.
Thanks for the reply.
