Peak Atlas PRO for JFET Matching?

Can the Peak Atlas DCA75 PRO be used to match higher Idss JFETs like the J107 or any JFETs for that matter?

According to the manual, it measures JFET Id and Vgs.

Hi,

just checked on mine and it can not measure more than 12mA IDSS.

And it defaults the IDSS measurement to 3V VDS

You can hook it up to a PC and run it as a curvetracer to get IDSS at different VDS aslong as you do not run out of current as it is current limited to 12mA

Very convenient tool but twice the voltage and twice the current would be more usefull.

Sounds like it would be great for lower Idss devices, but I was wanting to match some higher Idss JFETs also.
