Hi ! I have 6 tubes PE06/40N and i would like to make an AMP with them ! does someone have experience with this tubes? do they have a nice sound? this tubes are similar to 807 and were used to RF, but i think i can use for audio!
Thanks
Thanks
Here's a link to a Philips amp that used them:

Also, this tube is similar to 1625, or 5B/254M. So you could search the web for schematics based on those.

They are nice sounding tubes, even better than 807, I had few experiments with them when I was playing with Williamson topology:
Williamson Push Pull Amplifier with EL34 807 ECC 40
But I had P version, and just one good socket, so I left 807.
Good luck!

I am going to use them for my next project! at the moment i am working in
EL34 pp ultralinear project! will use 12at7 as phase splitter/and cf3 as signal amp. hope nice results.
